The North Shore Cat Club and the Chicago Shorthair Cat Club are sister clubs affliated with the Cat Fanciers Association in the United States.

North Shore Cat Club became a member club in 1945 and Chicago Shorthair Cat Club in 1964.

The clubs are dedicated to the preservation of pedigreed cats and to enhancing the welfare of all cats.
